As Singapore advances its digital transformation, PropNex remains committed to harnessing technology to elevate service standards, strengthen the professionalism of its salesforce and transform the real estate journey.

The convention marked a significant milestone in this commitment, providing salespersons with insights into how PropTech is redefining the way they engage and serve their clients.

Harnessing AI with Integrity, Trust and a Human Touch

In his speech, Mr Tan recognised PropNex as a trailblazer in equipping its salespersons with proprietary PropTech tools to serve clients faster, smarter and with greater precision. He noted that AI can support salespersons in creating compelling content, analysing market data and enhancing productivity.

However, he stressed that as AI becomes more powerful, trust becomes even more critical. Property advertisements must inform consumers accurately and should never create misleading impressions.

With the Council for Estate Agencies reviewing its guidelines on the use of AI in advertising, Mr Tan encouraged industry stakeholders to share their feedback and contribute towards developing clear and practical standards that promote responsible innovation while protecting consumers.

Mr Tan concluded by reminding the audience that technology cannot replace the human qualities at the heart of the real estate profession.

"While AI and PropTech are powerful, they are ultimately just tools. The true value of a real estate salesperson is not found in an algorithm. It is found in your integrity, your empathy and your lifelong dedication to helping Singaporeans secure their homes and build their futures."

Advancing AI Adoption and Future-Ready Skills across the Industry

PropNex announced a new partnership with NTUC LearningHub to upskill real estate salespersons and advance the adoption of artificial intelligence across the industry.

Through the collaboration, PropNex will leverage NTUC LearningHub's training programmes in technology and AI, while exploring applicable funding support from NTUC and other agencies for enterprise transformation, workplace job redesign and career conversion programmes.

The partnership supports PropNex's commitment to equipping its salespersons with relevant skills and capabilities to remain future-ready in an increasingly competitive and technology-driven environment. It was formalised by a MOU signing ceremony at the event, witnessed by Mr Alvin Tan.

Empowering Salespersons Through Smarter Technology

A key highlight of the convention was the unveiling of PropNex's latest technology enhancements and digital applications, designed to equip its salespersons with smarter tools and enhanced capabilities to deliver greater value and a more seamless experience for homebuyers, sellers, investors and tenants.

Among the innovations introduced was the new PropNex Leads Engagement Suite, which brings lead management, client engagement and performance insights together within a single application.

By consolidating leads from multiple channels, the platform enables PropNex salespersons to organise opportunities, prioritise follow-ups and respond to clients more promptly and consistently. Smart lead grouping, follow-up alerts and engagement reminders help salespersons connect with the right clients at the right time, reducing the likelihood of missed opportunities.

The suite also provides ready-to-use content that enables salespersons to share relevant updates, nurture relationships and maintain meaningful communication throughout the client journey. Through built-in engagement analytics, salespersons can better understand client responses, identify effective messages and continuously refine their follow-up strategies.

Mr Kelvin Fong, Chief Executive Officer of PropNex, said: "Technology is most powerful when it strengthens, rather than replaces, the human connection at the heart of real estate. The PropNex Leads Engagement Suite is designed to help our salespersons serve clients with greater speed, consistency and insight, while giving them more time to focus on listening, advising and building trust."

"As the industry evolves, PropNex will continue to invest in technology that empowers our salespersons, raises professional and service standards, and delivers better outcomes for every client throughout their real estate journey," he added.

The Singapore PropTech Convention 2026 reflects PropNex's continued commitment to innovation and its vision of building a future-ready salesforce, one that combines the power of technology with trusted, professional and people-centred service.
