A Homegrown Story of Governance, Growth, and Giving Back

For PropNex Limited, this journey began 25 years ago as a small, homegrown real estate agency with big ambitions. Today, those ambitions have made us Singapore's largest real estate agency and taken us to the main stage of corporate excellence, as we proudly receive the Best Managed Board (Bronze) at the Singapore Corporate Awards 2025 (for companies with market capitalisation of S$300 million to less than S$1 billion).

Our listing on the SGX in July 2018 marked a new chapter - one where transparency, accountability, and shareholder value would be our guiding principles. In just seven years, we became a real estate market leader with market capitalisation of $1.7 billion. Shareholders who invested at our IPO would have achieved total returns of over 700% to date (Figures as of 27 Aug 2025).

Giving Back to the Community

Over the years, PropNex has contributed more than $10 million to the Community Chest and pledged another $6 million in 2025. Executive Chairman Ismail Gafoor highlights this as part of the company's enduring mission to give back to those in need.

Building on this commitment, PropNex also launched the PropNex Foundation this year with an initial endowment of $10 million, and a pledge to grow the fund to $25 million over the next decade. Returns from the Foundation's investments will be channelled towards supporting underprivileged students and advancing educational programmes. As part of this effort, 160 deserving students received $254,000 in Education Awards this year.
